Kemsol Phoric 675 H/Duty Acid Cleaner & Sanitiser (C31) 5L

Description 

Heavy duty, phosphoric acid- based, low foaming, cleaner / sanitiser. Formulated specifically for CIP applications to remove undissolved solids and alkaline residues. It also removes surface rust from ferrous metals and protects against subsequent re-rusting.

Directions

Dilution rates for CIP applications vary depending on soiling levels.

For most general daily operations use at a ratio of 1:1000 to 1:100 (0.1-1% soln, 1-10ml per litre) with potable water. Circulate for 15-20 minutes.

Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly rinsed. Stronger dilution rates may be used under representative or plant SOP instruction.

Good Practice

Under Good Practise Protocol diluted solution of this product as stated provides general biostatis using internationally recognised antibacterial agents with a recommended minimum contact time of 10 minutes. At 1% concentration this product provides 100PPM QAC.
